HOW CAN I MAKE A REFERRAL TO VERBINDING?

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

Verbinding will charge the hourly rate for support coordination (Level 2 and Level 3 - Specialist), as set by the NDIS. For further information please get in touch!

HOW WILL WILL YOU WORK WITH ME?

When you decide you wish to have Verbinding provide you with support coordination we will arrange for you to sign a service agreement and consent forms. The service agreement outlines the terms and conditions which are consistent with what is required of Verbinding as a registered provider to ensure you receive a high quality service, consistent with the service standards set out by the NDIS. 
Ideally we will meet with you in person, prior to you signing a service agreement, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you wish to contract our services.
Once you have signed up we will work with you to achieve the goals set out in your NDIS plan. We will help you understand your plan, what you can spend your money on, help you find the services and supports you require and assist in setting up service level agreements with relevant providers. We will support you to ensure you don't overspend and help you to break down your funding into a budget.
We can support you with requesting a plan review where relevant, helping you to obtain requisite reports and assessments from allied health professionals and others.
When it becomes time to review your plan prior to it expiring we will work with you to put together a progress report to be submitted to the NDIS. With your approval, we will attend the review meeting to ensure the planner is fully aware of your situation and what you are requesting in your next plan.

HOW CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT OR PROVIDE FEEDBACK?

Verbinding encourage feedback and comments on the service we provide, both positive and negative. If you believe something could be done differently and better please let us know. If you think we got something wrong, or did not deliver what you expected, we would like to know so that we can improve the quality of our service.

Whether a compliment or complaint these will be treated with appropriate confidentiality, sensitivity, support and follow up to address the feedback. If you feel a complaint you have raised has not been supported or dealt with appropriately you can seek further support by contacting either:
