We are a diverse team of people bringing together a depth of experience and skills combined with a passion for making a difference to the lives of the people who we support.
Verbinding (formerly known as Hans van de Graaff & Associates) is an independent NDIS registered provider of both Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) and Support Coordination (Level 2), based in Melbourne. We service clients in the Melbourne metro area as well as a number of clients in rural and regional areas of Victoria. We provide capacity building supports for NDIS participants.
